1. Right to Cancel & Non-Perishable Goods
   Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for non-perishable goods within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

• To exercise this right, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

2. Perishable Items Exclusion
   Please note that perishable goods (such as fresh food, vegetables, or opened grocery goods) are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation window and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
   If your order arrives damaged (e.g., torn rice sacks or leaking containers), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at burmastoreuk@gmail.com. Please include your Order ID and clear photographs of the damage. We will gladly arrange for a replacement item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Processing Refunds
   Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. The funds will be credited directly back to the original credit/debit card used at checkout, or back to your designated bank account if you used manual bank transfer.
